# Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any engagement with WestAI Search, based in Victoria Park, Western Australia. Using this site means you accept them.

## 1\. Services

WestAI Search provides consulting services including:

- Entity SEO Services

    [/entity-seo-services/ →](/entity-seo-services/)

     - entity mapping, information consistency, relationships, schema direction and corroboration planning
- AI SEO Audit

    [/llm-visibility-audit/ →](/llm-visibility-audit/)

     - diagnosis of technical, entity, content, authority and prompt-coverage gaps
- Google AI Overviews Optimisation

    [/google-ai-overviews-optimisation/ →](/google-ai-overviews-optimisation/)

     - Google-specific technical, content and source-quality foundations
- ChatGPT Optimisation

    [/chatgpt-optimisation/ →](/chatgpt-optimisation/)

     - source visibility, brand clarity, prompt coverage and content strategy for conversational AI surfaces

The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before the work starts. That document takes precedence over anything on this website.

## 2\. No guaranteed outcomes

This is the most important term on this page. WestAI Search does not guarantee rankings, AI citations, recommendations, Knowledge Panels, traffic volumes or any other outcome that depends on a third-party system. Search engines and AI models are operated by third parties, change without notice, and produce outputs that vary by session, region and model version.

What we provide is professional work that improves the evidence, clarity and technical foundations that may support visibility and retrieval. Any provider guaranteeing a specific placement or citation is overstating what is possible.

## 3\. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Published starting rates are indicative: growth retainers from $1,999 per month plus GST, defined-scope projects typically $1,000 to $5,000 plus GST, and entry-level Loom audits from $49. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins, and depends on site size, entity complexity, competition and research depth.

Invoices are payable in line with the terms stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid.

## 4\. Engagement terms and cancellation

Engagements are either defined-scope projects or month-to-month retainers with 30 days' notice. There is no minimum lock-in period on retainers. Notice given part-way through a month runs to the end of the following month, and work completed in that period is payable.

Consultations booked and not attended may be rescheduled once. Repeated non-attendance without notice may end the booking process.

## 5\. Your responsibilities

Engagements depend on your participation. You agree to:

- Provide accurate information about your business, its facts and its history
- Provide reasonable access to your website, analytics and search console where the work requires it
- Contribute genuine subject expertise where content work is in scope
- Hold the rights to any material you supply for publication
- Implement recommendations, or authorise someone to, within a reasonable timeframe

Where recommendations are not implemented, the results of the engagement will be limited accordingly.

## 6\. Intellectual property

Content on this website, including the guides, frameworks and the AI Influence Stack, is the property of WestAI Search and protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Deliverables produced for a client during a paid engagement become the client's property on full payment, excluding our underlying methods, templates and frameworks, which remain ours.

## 7\. Confidentiality

Information you share about your business during a consultation or engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Any future case study will only be published with your written approval.

## 8\. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WestAI Search is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from our services, including lost profits or lost revenue. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 9\. Information on this website

The guides and resources published here are general information, not advice tailored to your business. AI search platforms change frequently, and documentation from providers such as Google and OpenAI should be checked directly before you act on anything technical.

## 10\. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.

## 11\. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes do not alter the terms of an engagement already agreed in writing.
